In walnut with inlaid ebony stripe, and featuring unique architectural details (the son of Carlo Scarpa, Tobia was certainly no stranger to architectural influence), this table was in fact the Scarpa duo’s first product for Maxalto, the high-end division of B&B Italia whose focus was manufacturing artist-made designs. Consistent cosmetic wear to the wood’s surface throughout the piece but no glaring flaws.
