These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Decorjois website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Decorjois and hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling the sale of our products.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site and make purchases.

Decorjois offers curated, vintage, collectible, and one-of-a-kind objects. Due to the nature of these items, signs of age, wear, patina, variation, or imperfection may be present and are considered inherent characteristics, not defects.

Product descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided for reference only. We do not guarantee that items will appear exactly as displayed due to screen settings, lighting, or material variation.

All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is accepted only once payment is processed and an order confirmation is issued.

Once accepted, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled.

Decorjois reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and handling unless explicitly indicated.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Decorjois is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. Decorjois is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and layout, is the property of Decorjois or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Decorjois is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Site is hosted by Shopify Inc. Purchases made through the Site are transactions solely between you and Decorjois. Shopify is not responsible for products sold or customer service matters related to those purchases.

Decorjois shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or governmental actions.

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

Decorjois does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decorjois shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decorjois from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Decorjois may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
