Final Sale

Due to the curated and often vintage nature of our collection, all sales are final, except as outlined below.

Items are sold as described and photographed. Variations, signs of age, wear, patina, or imperfection are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.

Change-of-Mind Returns

A return request may be submitted within 3 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases only.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as delivered
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied

Return requests submitted after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage and Claims

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Decorjois is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay caused by shipping carriers. If an item arrives damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Return Process

All returns must be requested by email within the stated timeframe and approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return instructions will be provided once a request is approved.
